Guazi offers both FOB and CIF shipping terms. For FOB, the buyer designates the logistics provider, while for CIF, Guazi designates the freight forwarder. Shipping typically commences within 10 days after receiving full payment and compliant documents, with most vehicles reaching their destination port within 35-45 days.

If a major undisclosed defect or significant discrepancy is found, you must submit a report with photo/video evidence within three working days of the vehicle's arrival at your designated warehouse. Guazi will assist with facilitating inspection by a mutually agreed third party and support replacement or return processes based on the agreed findings.

Guazi implements a rigorous inspection process with over 300 specific procedures for each vehicle, which includes comprehensive checks on the engine, transmission, chassis, and body frame. This detailed report forms the basis for the transparent listings provided, helping to minimize post-purchase disputes with B-class buyers.

Bidding requires a minimum USD 500 security deposit. On winning a bid, a USD 100 portion is frozen, and you must pay a USD 300 reservation fee within 72 hours, followed by a 30% deposit within 10 days or incur daily late fees. Non-completion of payment or a buyer-initiated cancellation typically results in a penalty of at least USD 150.

The displayed FOB price covers the vehicle price, export handling fee, and Guazi's platform service fee. The total service fee is a sum of a transaction commission (minimum $280), a fixed $79 gate fee, a variable online technology fee (from $49 to $149 based on vehicle price), and a buyer service fee. Additional fees for documents like certifications or battery reports are excluded.

Guazi provides support for buyers to file claims directly with the shipping carrier for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. The costs for storage or handling due to such incidents are to be borne by the party responsible as determined by the shipping insurance claim process.

You are responsible for customs clearance in your country and must arrange to pick up the vehicle from the port within seven days of its arrival. Failure to do so will result in accruing warehousing fees, and if unclaimed for over 30 days, Guazi may dispose of the vehicle and return any remaining funds after deducting all associated costs.
