Position Title: Offline Business Development Specialist

Position Overview
We are actively seeking passionate and driven Offline Business Development Specialists to join our team. As a pioneer in the Ghanaian market, you will be responsible for developing local used car dealer networks. Through efficient offline visits and relationship building, you will promote our products/services, secure partnerships, and achieve business growth targets. Key Responsibilities
- Market Development & Client Visits: Proactively identify and visit used car dealers, independent car sellers, and related industry professionals in Accra and surrounding areas. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Product/Service Promotion: Clearly and professionally introduce and promote the company's products/services to potential clients, articulating core value propositions and competitive advantages.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Engage in business negotiations with interested clients, answer questions, address objections, and facilitate contract signing. Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Market Intelligence & Feedback: Deeply understand the dynamics of Ghana's used car market, competitor activities, and client needs. Timely collect and report frontline market information to support the company's strategic decision-making.
- Client Relationship Management: Regularly visit existing clients to ensure satisfaction, provide necessary after-sales support, enhance loyalty, and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Reporting & Data Analysis: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports on time, documenting visit details, client progress, and sales data. Perform basic data analysis.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Marketing, Business English, International Trade, or related fields preferred.
- Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in offline sales, business development, or key account management. Experience in auto sales, auto parts, used car appraisal, or related industries is a plus.
- Language Skills:
- English: Fluent in spoken and written English, capable of using it as a working language for seamless business communication and negotiation (required).
- Local Languages: Proficiency in Ghanaian local languages (e.g., Twi, Ga) is a strong plus.
- Core Competencies:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
- Keen market insight and business negotiation abilities.
- Results-oriented with strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software for daily tasks.
