Based on Guazi's documented processes, delivery typically takes 35-45 days from the point of full payment, inclusive of sourcing, inspection, and shipping. The platform ensures shipping within 10 days after receiving full payment and compliant documents under FOB or CIF terms.

Guazi implements over 300 inspection points, with detailed online reports provided for every vehicle. Buyers have three working days from the vehicle's arrival at the designated warehouse to submit photo and video evidence of any discrepancy for third-party verification, and Guazi will assist with replacement or return if a major undisclosed defect is confirmed.

The total price includes the FOB cost (vehicle price, export handling fee, platform service fee) plus optional certification fees. The platform service fee is a composite of Transaction Commission, a fixed $79 Gate Fee, a variable Online Technology Fee (e.g., $89 for a $3,000 vehicle), and is currently waiving the $150 Buyer Service Fee.

Guazi operates both 'Sealed-bid' and open 'Live' auctions. After registration, approval, and a $500 security deposit top-up, bids are placed in RMB increments, converted to USD at a session's fixed exchange rate. B must monitor the 40-second timer in live auctions and await seller confirmation within 72 hours after winning.

After winning a bid, an initial $300 payment is due within 72 hours, with a penalty of $150 for late payment. A 30% deposit of the vehicle price must then be paid within 10 days; failure results in a $20 daily late fee, and the order may be canceled after 7 days of non-payment.

Guazi assists buyers in filing claims with the shipping carrier for any loss or damage incurred during transit, with storage or handling costs borne by the responsible party. The platform also assists with export and customs documentation preparation from the Chinese side.
