Guazi conducts over 300 refined inspection procedures for each vehicle, providing a detailed source report. For instance, each vehicle is listed with clear photos and a fixed US dollar price to ensure transparency and protect against currency fluctuations for international buyers.

Guazi ships the vehicle within 10 days after receiving full payment and compliant documents. Under normal conditions, most vehicles reach their international destination within 35-45 days, with the platform assisting with documentation and logistics coordination.

Buyers must request an inspection within three working days of the vehicle's arrival at the warehouse, submitting a report with photo/video evidence. Guazi assists by bringing in a mutually agreed third party to confirm the discrepancy and will help with replacement or return procedures for undisclosed major defects.

The final cost to the buyer includes the vehicle price, an Export Handling Fee, and a Platform Service Fee. The Platform Service Fee is comprised of a Transaction Commission (minimum USD 280, maximum USD 1600), a fixed Gate Fee (USD 79), an Online Technology Fee (varies from USD 49 to USD 149 based on final price), and the Buyer Service Fee, which is currently free.

Bidders must maintain a minimum security deposit of USD 500 to participate. For each car you successfully win, USD 100 is frozen upon order creation. If a buyer fails to complete the order, a USD 150 penalty is charged, which is first deducted from the security deposit, with any remaining balance taken from vehicle payments made.

Once the vehicle clears Chinese customs, returns or exchanges are not permitted. However, Guazi provides an after-sales guarantee for major undisclosed defects. You must raise an objection with evidence within three days of the vehicle arriving at the destination warehouse, at which point a third-party inspection is arranged to validate the claim for a potential replacement.

The buyer is responsible for all import customs clearance, duties, and taxes in the destination country. Guazi's responsibility is to assist with providing the necessary export documents from China and handling pre-shipment procedures to the port of export under either FOB or CIF terms.

You must pick up the vehicle within seven days of its arrival at the destination port. Late pickup incurs warehousing fees, and if the vehicle remains unclaimed for over 30 days, Guazi may dispose of it, refunding any remaining funds to you after deducting all incurred costs and fees.
