The total cost includes the vehicle's final auction price, an export handling fee covering domestic transport and port logistics, the Guazi platform service fee (Transaction Commission + Gate Fee + Online Technology Fee + Buyer Service Fee), and any additional document certification fees. For a vehicle with a winning bid between $2,400 and $3,999, the standard Online Technology Fee, for example, would be $89.

Guazi is an authoritative used car inspection institution in China, implementing over 300 refined inspection procedures for each vehicle. If you receive a vehicle with major undisclosed defects, you can request an inspection within 3 working days of its arrival at the warehouse, and Guazi will assist with a replacement or return upon confirmation by a mutually agreed third-party verification.

Guazi typically ships the vehicle within 10 days of receiving full payment and compliant documents. From there, most vehicles reach their destination port within 35-45 days. We assist with customs documents upon arrival, and you must pick up the vehicle within 7 days to avoid storage fees.

Once the vehicle leaves Guazi's custody at the port, loss or damage during transit is a matter for the shipping carrier. Guazi will assist you in filing a claim directly with the carrier (under FOB terms) or with the designated freight forwarder (under CIF terms). Storage or handling costs incurred due to damage are the responsibility of the liable party.

After winning, you must pay a $300 initial payment within 72 hours; failure to do so incurs a $150 penalty deducted from your security deposit. You then have 10 days to pay the 30% vehicle deposit. Late payments incur a $20 daily fee, and if unpaid for over 7 consecutive days, your order is canceled with a $150 processing fee, which will be deducted from any deposits or payments made.

Businesses need to upload a business license and a storefront photo (or business premises photo). Individuals need to upload a passport or driver's license. After document approval, you must top up a $500 security deposit to place bids, as a balance below $500 prevents bidding.
