Once full payment and compliant documents are received, Guazi arranges shipping within 10 days. Most vehicles typically reach their destination port within 35-45 days. Under CIF terms, Guazi designates the freight forwarder and can assist with any shipping delays.

Guazi provides after-sales support for inspection or dispute handling. You must report any major discrepancy within three working days of the vehicle's arrival at the warehouse with photo/video evidence. A mutually agreed third-party assessment will be used, and Guazi assists with replacement or return if a significant undisclosed issue is confirmed.

The final price includes the FOB price (vehicle cost + export handling fee + platform service fee). The platform service fee combines Transaction Commission, a $79 Gate Fee, an Online Technology Fee ($49-$149 based on final price), and the currently free $150 Buyer Service Fee. Additional fees for specific certifications or documents may apply.

Guazi uses a transparent open auction system. Each JAC Refine R3 has a Starting Bid and a hidden Reserve Price. You bid in increments during a live session with a 40-second timer. You win immediately if your bid is the highest and exceeds the reserve, or if the seller accepts your high bid. The winning amount is your final bid.

Guazi handles all export documentation from China, including the necessary paperwork for customs clearance at the destination. However, import customs clearance, duties, and taxes in your country are the buyer's responsibility. Guazi can provide the required export documents to facilitate this process locally.

This ensures the vehicle's mechanical condition, bodywork, and key functions are verified and documented before shipping to guarantee quality at the source.
