Guazi ships the vehicle within 10 days after receiving full payment and compliant documents. Under CIF terms, which we recommend for international B2B procurement, Guazi designates the freight forwarder and the vehicle typically reaches its destination port within 35-45 days, handling export documentation and port logistics.

Guazi implements over 300 refined inspection procedures for each vehicle before listing. We provide a transparent condition report. Buyers can request a detailed inspection or raise objections with photo/video evidence within three working days of the vehicle's arrival at the warehouse for verification.

If a mutually agreed third-party inspection confirms a major undisclosed defect, Guazi will assist with a replacement or return. The claim must be raised within three working days of warehouse arrival with a detailed report and evidence to initiate the process.

The final price includes the vehicle price, export handling fee (covering transport, port handling, etc.), and a platform service fee (Transaction Commission, Gate Fee, Technology Fee). All vehicle prices on Guazi are fixed in U.S. dollars, protecting you from exchange rate fluctuations during the transaction.

While pre-purchase physical inspection in China is not typical for export orders, Guazi's detailed 300-point inspection report and visual documentation provide transparency. For auctions, a minimum $500 security deposit is required to bid, and $300 must be paid within 72 hours of a successful win to secure the order.

Guazi provides all necessary export documents, including the export certificate, commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading. We handle the deregistration and transfer of the Chinese title, providing you with the documents required for your local import customs clearance and registration.
