Guazi manages FOB shipments, handling domestic transport to the port, pre-shipment checks, and export documentation. Vehicles are generally ready to ship within 10 days after receiving a fully paid 30% deposit and your compliant documents, aiming for delivery within 35-45 days to most destinations. We assist with carrier claims for any transit issues.

Guazi conducts over 300 comprehensive checks on each vehicle before listing. As a buyer, you can request a third-party inspection within 3 working days of the vehicle's arrival at our warehouse. Providing photo/video evidence of major undisclosed defects allows us to facilitate a mutually agreed verification and assist with replacement if confirmed.

Guazi auctions are daily silent or live events with bids starting as low as specified. After winning a bid, the total cost includes the vehicle price, an export handling fee for logistics to port, and a Platform Service Fee (Transaction Commission + $79 Gate Fee + Online Technology Fee + currently free $150 Buyer Service Fee).

Guazi transacts in fixed US dollars to protect against exchange rate fluctuations. A $500 security deposit is required to bid, and a $100 hold is placed upon winning. Within 72 hours of a successful bid, a $300 initial payment is required, followed by the 30% vehicle deposit within 10 days to proceed with export preparation. Breach penalties are deducted from the deposit.

Guazi provides online after-sales support for all vehicles. You must file a report with photo/video evidence within 3 working days of the vehicle's arrival at the port warehouse. For confirmed major defects undisclosed in the original report, Guazi assists in facilitating resolutions like replacement or return through a mutually agreed third-party assessment.

If a buyer cancels an order or fails to pay the initial $300 within 72 hours, a $150 penalty is charged. Failure to pay the 30% deposit within 10 days incurs a $20 per day late fee, and failure to pay for over 7 consecutive days results in automatic cancellation with the $150 processing fee deducted from the deposit or other payments made.
