Shipping usually occurs within 10 days after full payment and documentation. Under FOB terms, buyers designate their own forwarder. A combined Export Handling Fee covers domestic transport to the port, port handling, and pre-shipment clearance. Exact domestic transport costs vary based on the vehicle's pickup location distance to the designated export port.

We offer comprehensive after-sales support. Buyers must report any major discrepancy with photo/video evidence within 3 working days of arrival. Guazi will facilitate an inspection by a mutually agreed third party and, if confirmed, assist with a vehicle replacement or return to resolve the issue promptly.

Guazi operates a secure auction and fixed-price system. All prices are listed in USD. A $500 security deposit is required to participate in auctions, and the platform provides clear terms for deposits, payments, and penalties, ensuring transaction rules are enforced for both buyers and sellers.

After account approval, businesses can participate in daily auction sessions. You bid in USD (converted from RMB at a fixed session rate). The total cost for a winning bid includes the Final Bid Price, Export Handling Fee, and Platform Service Fee (comprising transaction commission, gate fee, and technology fee). Detailed fee tiers are based on the final bid amount.
