Guazi provides online after-sales support. You can request an inspection or raise a formal objection within three working days of the vehicle's arrival at your designated warehouse by submitting a report with photo/video evidence. A mutually agreed third party will confirm any major, undisclosed defects, and Guazi will assist with replacement or return.

As an authoritative Chinese used car inspection institution, Guazi implements over 300 refined inspection procedures for each vehicle to ensure quality at the source. This guarantees all vehicles on the platform are as described.

Guazi ships within 10 days after receiving full payment and compliant documents. Most vehicles reach their destination port within 35-45 days. Under FOB terms, you can designate your preferred logistics provider.

After winning, you must pay an initial USD 300 within 72 hours, followed by the 30% vehicle deposit within 10 days. Delays incur a USD 20 daily late fee. Failure to pay the deposit for over 7 days leads to order cancellation and a USD 150 processing fee.

You must report any discrepancy with valid evidence within 3 working days of the vehicle arriving at your warehouse. Once a major issue is confirmed by an agreed third-party, Guazi assists with resolution, including replacement. Note that returns are not permitted once the vehicle clears Chinese customs.

After the vehicle arrives at the destination port, Guazi assists with customs documents. You are responsible for pickup within seven days. Late pickup incurs warehousing fees, and if unclaimed for over 30 days, Guazi may dispose of the vehicle.
