Guazi's end-to-end export process includes handling the vehicle's transfer of title on your behalf in China before shipping. We prepare all necessary export documents such as the Export License, Bill of Lading, and Commercial Invoice to ensure a smooth customs clearance at your destination port.

Standard shipping typically takes 35-45 days. Under CIF terms, Guazi manages the freight to your nominated port, and the timeline depends on sailing schedules and destination port congestion. For FOB, your designated agent handles logistics after the vehicle leaves the Chinese port.

Our 300+ point professional inspection ensures each vehicle's condition is fully disclosed. If a major undisclosed defect is found within 3 working days of arrival at your warehouse, you can submit a report with evidence, and Guazi will assist with a third-party verification and resolution, including replacement.

The final FOB price includes the winning bid, Export Handling Fee (for domestic transport & port formalities), and Platform Service Fee. For a $7,000 vehicle, the service fee includes a commission (min $280), a $79 Gate Fee, a $109 Online Tech Fee, and a waived $150 Buyer Service Fee.

A minimum $500 deposit is required to bid. $100 is blocked per bid over the reserve price. If you win and complete the transaction normally, the full deposit is released. It is forfeited only if you fail to pay the $300 initial payment within 72 hours or default on the order.

While we cannot handle physical repairs overseas, Guazi provides dedicated online after-sales support to mediate any disputes regarding vehicle condition that were not disclosed prior to shipping, based on your timely report submitted with photo/video evidence within 3 days of warehouse arrival.
