Guazi conducts a comprehensive 300-point inspection on every vehicle, verifying key components like the engine, transmission, chassis, and electronics against detailed condition reports. This standardized procedure allows B2B buyers to source vehicles from China with confidence, minimizing disputes over undisclosed defects.

After winning a bid, you must pay a $300 initial payment within 72 hours. Subsequently, a 30% vehicle deposit must be paid within 10 days; delayed payment incurs a $20 per day late fee. Full payment is required before domestic logistics and export procedures are initiated.

Guazi handles all export documentation (export license, bill of lading, commercial invoice) and arranges domestic transportation to the designated Chinese port (FOB terms). Under CIF terms, Guazi also designates the freight forwarder for ocean shipping. Vehicles are typically ready for shipment within 10 days after full payment and documents are received.

Buyers must report any major discrepancies (supported by photo/video evidence) within 3 working days of the vehicle's warehouse arrival. A mutually agreed third-party inspection will be arranged to confirm the issue. If validated, Guazi will assist with a replacement or return process before the vehicle clears Chinese customs.

The FOB price includes the final bid price, a consolidated export handling fee (covering domestic transport and port procedures), and the Platform Service Fee (transaction commission, gate fee, technology fee). Costs for certifications, software, or battery-specific documents are typically extra and quoted separately.

A minimum $500 security deposit is required to bid. After winning, $100 is frozen upon order creation. The deposit ensures transaction compliance; it is fully released upon successful order completion. Breaches of rules (e.g., buyer cancellation after order) result in penalties deducted from this deposit.
