Guazi conducts over 300 professional inspection procedures, including a specialized EV diagnostic check for battery health (State of Health reports), charging cycles, and powertrain integrity. This detailed report is provided to the buyer, ensuring transparency on the vehicle's condition prior to purchase and export from China.

Buyers must notify Guazi within three working days of the vehicle's arrival at the destination warehouse, providing a detailed third-party inspection report with photo/video evidence. Guazi will then coordinate a joint verification. For confirmed major undisclosed defects, Guazi will assist with a replacement or return process, as outlined in the platform's after-sales policy.

Total costs include the final bid price, an Export Handling Fee (covering domestic transport and port fees), and the Platform Service Fee (comprising transaction commission, gate fee, technology fee, and service fee). A precise final price breakdown is provided in the order after winning a bid. All prices and fees on Guazi are fixed in USD to protect against currency fluctuations.

Guazi provides a complete set of export documents, including the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Vehicle Certificate of Conformity, and a detailed Vehicle Inspection Report. These documents are specifically prepared to meet the standard import requirements of most destination countries and are couriered promptly upon shipment.

After receiving full payment and documents, Guazi arranges shipping within 10 days. The total time from order completion to port arrival typically takes 35-45 days. Domestic transport time to the port varies by the vehicle's pickup location but is included in the Export Handling Fee and managed by Guazi's logistics partners.

Guazi uses a sealed-bid (silent) auction format where bidders do not see the current highest bid. The winner pays the second-highest bid. It requires a minimum $500 security deposit, bids are in USD based on a daily fixed exchange rate, and a $100 deposit is blocked for each bid over the reserve price. Sellers have 72 hours to confirm the winning bid.

Under CIF terms, Guazi manages the freight forwarder and will proactively assist with any shipping delays. If a delay is necessary, Guazi will notify the buyer at least 3 days in advance. Once the vehicle arrives at the destination port, the buyer is responsible for pickup within 7 days to avoid incurring storage fees.
