The export price includes the vehicle's auction price, an Export Handling Fee, and the Guazi Platform Service Fee (Transaction Commission, Gate Fee, Online Technology Fee). The Online Technology Fee is calculated on the final bid, starting at $49 for bids under $1,000 and rising to $149 for bids of $15,000 or more. The final, all-inclusive FOB price is provided by Guazi after winning the bid.

Guazi subjects each vehicle to over 300 refined inspection procedures through its authoritative used car inspection institution in China to ensure the vehicle's quality and description are accurate at the source, providing a foundation for reliable purchases.

Buyers must request an inspection and submit a report with photo/video evidence within three working days of the vehicle's arrival at the overseas warehouse. A mutually agreed third party will confirm the defect, after which Guazi will assist with replacement or return for vehicles with major undisclosed discrepancies.

A $300 initial payment is required within 72 hours of order success, followed by a 30% vehicle deposit within 10 days. Late payment after day 10 incurs a $20 daily fee, and order cancellation may occur if late fees accumulate for over 7 days.

Guazi provides price protection by denominating all vehicle prices and fees in U.S. dollars, securing the transaction amount against currency exchange rate fluctuations from the moment the order is confirmed.

Under FOB terms, the buyer designates the logistics provider; under CIF terms, Guazi designates the freight forwarder. Guazi ships within 10 days after receiving full payment and compliant documents, with most vehicles reaching their destination in 35-45 days.

Guazi's live auctions are conducted in sessions based on Beijing Time (UTC+8). The platform uses a real-time bidding system with notifications and time extensions for new bids, allowing international buyers to participate actively from any location.

A buyer-initiated cancellation or failure to pay the deposit results in a $150 processing fee, deducted first from the security deposit. Orders may be automatically cancelled if payments are not completed as per the schedule.
