Guazi implements a rigorous 300+ point inspection on every vehicle to verify mechanical functionality, body integrity, and interior electronics. For used Li Auto ONE models, this includes specialized checks on the extended-range electric powertrain, charging capability, and battery life to confirm they meet quality standards before listing.

Guazi ships vehicles within 10 days after receiving full payment and compliant documents. The total delivery time from order to destination typically takes 35-45 days, depending on the arrival port.

Buyers can request an inspection and submit photo/video evidence within 3 working days of the vehicle's arrival at the warehouse. If a third-party confirms a major discrepancy, Guazi will assist with a replacement or return process.

The FOB price includes the vehicle price, export handling fee, and a platform service fee. The export handling fee covers domestic transport to port, port handling, and pre-shipment inspection. The platform service fee comprises a transaction commission, a fixed $79 gate fee, an online technology fee (scaled to the final bid), and a buyer service fee (currently free for a standard $150 fee).

Guazi operates sealed-bid auctions where participants submit bids without seeing others' offers. The winner is the highest bidder but pays the amount of the second-highest bid. All bids must be in increments equivalent to $100 RMB, with amounts fixed in USD at the exchange rate set when the session begins.

Business or individual clients must submit documentation for approval and top up a $500 security deposit to bid. When a bid wins, a $300 initial payment is required within 72 hours, followed by a 30% vehicle deposit within 10 days, after which daily late fees apply.
