Guazi implements over 300 refined inspection procedures for each vehicle, covering mechanical components, bodywork, and interior. This ensures a detailed and accurate condition report, which is provided before you finalize the purchase to give you confidence in your procurement from China.

Guazi guarantees all vehicles are as described. Upon the vehicle's arrival at your designated warehouse, you have three working days to request an inspection and submit a report with photo/video evidence. For any major, undisclosed discrepancy confirmed by a mutually agreed third party, Guazi will assist with replacement or return.

Guazi typically ships the vehicle within 10 days of receiving full payment and compliant documents. From shipment, most vehicles reach their destination port within 35-45 days, providing a reliable timeline for your inventory planning.

After winning a bid, a $300 initial payment is due within 72 hours. The 30% vehicle deposit must be paid within the following 10 days. Failure to pay the deposit on time incurs a $20 daily late fee, and if unpaid for over 7 days, the order is canceled with a $150 processing fee deducted from your security deposit.

Under FOB terms, Guazi handles all export customs clearance in China and provides the necessary documents including the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading. You are responsible for import clearance and appointing the international freight forwarder.
