For Middle Eastern and African destinations, buyers can typically expect the vehicle to reach the destination port within 35-45 days, with the total process handled end-to-end by Guazi for a smooth experience.

Guazi's service terms protect buyers against major undisclosed defects. Buyers must report issues with photo/video evidence within 3 working days of the vehicle's arrival at the destination warehouse. If a mutually agreed third party confirms the discrepancy, Guazi will assist with a vehicle replacement or return process.

The total FOB price includes the final bid price, export handling fee, and platform service fee. The platform service fee is a composite of the Transaction Commission (min $280, max $1,600), a fixed Gate Fee of $79, an Online Technology Fee (ranging from $49 to $149 based on bid price), and the Buyer Service Fee.

Guazi's Sealed-Bid auctions use a traditional format where the highest bidder wins but pays the second-highest price, with results announced daily at 11:30 AM Beijing Time. In contrast, Live Auctions are open and in real-time, where the highest bid exceeding the reserve price wins immediately, with a 40-second bidding timer and live notifications.

A $500 security deposit is required to start bidding. After winning an auction, an initial payment of $300 is required within 72 hours to secure the order, followed by a 30% deposit of the vehicle price within 10 days. Failure to make payments on time can lead to penalties starting from $150, plus a late fee of $20 per day after the 10-day period.

Guazi is an authoritative inspection institution in China with over 300 refined inspection procedures. While a consolidated report is available, detailed inspection information for specific vehicles is accessible within your approved account. Ensure your documentation is submitted for approval to view all vehicle details on the platform.

Following a winning bid, you'll make an initial $300 payment, then a 30% deposit. The final balance is due before shipping. Crucially, all transaction prices on Guazi are fixed in U.S. Dollars (USD), protecting international buyers from exchange rate fluctuations between bidding, payment, and settlement.

Guazi provides an end-to-end service. Under CIF terms, Guazi designates the freight forwarder. The platform assists with all export customs declarations and document preparation in China. After the vehicle arrives at the destination port, buyers have 7 days to arrange pickup, with Guazi assisting with the necessary customs documentation for import.
