For export to countries in Africa, Central Asia, or the Middle East, the total lead time under FOB terms—from order confirmation to arrival at your designated port—generally ranges from 35 to 45 days, depending on the final destination and logistics arrangements.

Guazi is an authoritative inspection institution in China, implementing over 300 detailed procedures for each vehicle. For used cars like the Yuanhang H8, every vehicle is inspected for major defects before listing. Furthermore, you can request an inspection within three working days of the vehicle's arrival at the warehouse. If a major undisclosed discrepancy is confirmed by a mutually agreed third party, Guazi will assist with a replacement or return process.

First, register on Guazi, get account approval by submitting business documents, and top up a minimum $500 security deposit. Auctions have daily sessions. You place bids in RMB increments, but prices are displayed and confirmed in USD using a fixed session exchange rate. In 'Live Auctions,' you bid in real-time, while 'Sealed-bid' auctions hide the current highest bid. The highest bidder wins, and a $100 hold is placed on their deposit upon order generation.

Under the shipping terms outlined in Guazi's service policy, once the vehicle is handed over to the carrier (FOB) or freight forwarder (CIF), the shipping risk transfers. However, Guazi assists buyers in filing claims with the carrier for any transport loss or damage. Storage or handling costs incurred due to such damage are the responsibility of the party at fault as determined by the claim process.

After a successful auction win, you must pay a $300 initial payment within 72 hours. A 30% vehicle deposit is required within the following 10 days. Delays incur a $20 daily late fee. If the deposit is not paid for over 7 consecutive days, the order is automatically canceled, and a $150 processing fee is charged. This fee is first deducted from your security deposit or any vehicle payments made.

The final FOB price on Guazi includes the vehicle price, the export handling fee (covering domestic transport, port fees, pre-shipment checks), and the platform service fee. The platform service fee comprises a transaction commission (often 5.66% with a $280-$1600 range), a fixed $79 gate fee, an online tech fee ($49-$149 based on final price), and a buyer service fee. Additional certification or document translation fees are excluded.
