Guazi arranges shipment within 10 days after receiving full payment and all documents, with total delivery often taking 35-45 days. Under FOB terms, you, the buyer, are responsible for nominating and contracting the logistics provider from the Chinese port onward. Guazi handles domestic transport to the port and prepares the necessary export documentation.

A $300 initial payment is required within 72 hours, and a 30% deposit must be paid within 10 days. Missing the initial payment incurs a $150 penalty. Missing the deposit deadline adds a $20 daily late fee, and if unpaid for over 7 days, the order is canceled and treated as a buyer return, incurring a $150 processing fee. These fees are deducted from your security deposit or other payments.

This is covered under Guazi's after-sales support. You must submit an inspection report with photo/video evidence within 3 working days of the vehicle arriving at your warehouse. Guazi will assist in having a mutually agreed third party verify any major, undisclosed issues. Should a valid defect be confirmed, Guazi will assist with replacement or return proceedings according to their policy.
