Guazi offers both FOB and CIF shipping terms. Under FOB, the buyer designates the logistics provider; under CIF, Guazi designates the freight forwarder and assists with port documentation and carrier claims for transport loss or damage.

Guazi guarantees all vehicles are as described, with each undergoing over 300 refined inspection procedures. If major defects are found, buyers must request inspection within 3 days of the vehicle's arrival at the warehouse, and a mutually agreed third party will confirm discrepancies for a replacement or return.

Guazi assists buyers in filing claims with the carrier for any loss or damage that occurs during transport. The logistics costs and potential compensation claims are managed according to the agreed shipping terms (FOB/CIF).

Return requests are handled within three working days of the vehicle's arrival at the destination warehouse. Buyers must submit a report with photo/video evidence. For confirmed major undisclosed defects, Guazi assists with replacement or return; however, returns are not permitted once goods clear Chinese customs.

Guazi handles all shipping documentation and assists with customs clearance paperwork. After the vehicle arrives, buyers must pick it up within seven days to avoid warehousing fees.

First, register and get approved by submitting documents (business license or passport). Then, top up a minimum security deposit of USD 500. You can then bid in live sessions, where vehicles are auctioned sequentially with starting bids visible but reserve prices hidden.

After winning, a $300 initial payment is due within 72 hours. The 30% vehicle deposit must follow within 10 days. Failure to meet these deadlines incurs daily late fees, and an order may be canceled and a processing fee applied for non-payment.
