The FOB price includes an Export Handling Fee that covers domestic transportation to the port, export administration, and pre-shipment inspections, with our team ensuring all Chinese export documents like the Title Certificate and Customs Declaration are prepared accurately and shipped to you.

Guazi conducts a stringent 300-point inspection for every vehicle and provides a detailed condition report. You have 3 working days after the car arrives at the destination warehouse to inspect it and report any undisclosed major discrepancies with photo/video evidence for verification, after which we assist in resolving the issue through replacement or return.

Under FOB terms, the buyer arranges and pays for international freight and insurance. Guazi's service includes delivering the vehicle to the Chinese port typically within 10 days of full payment. Total shipping times from China to major Middle Eastern or African ports generally range between 35 to 45 days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Guazi uses open auctions with a reserve price. Your total cost is the winning bid plus the Platform Service Fee (Transaction Commission, Gate Fee, Technology Fee) and the Export Handling Fee. A $500 security deposit is required to bid, and a $100 amount is frozen per winning bid until the order is completed.

Safety is ensured through a secured payment process via a certified third-party escrow system. A USD 500 security deposit and clear default penalties for both buyer and seller protect the transaction integrity. All vehicle prices are fixed in USD, shielding you from currency exchange rate fluctuations throughout the deal.

We assist the buyer in filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier for any transport loss or damage. For successful claims, storage or handling costs resulting from the damage at the destination port are borne by the responsible party, as per the terms of the shipping contract.
