For FOB terms, Guazi ships within 10 days of receiving full payment and complete documents, with most vehicles arriving at the destination port within 35-45 days, covering domestic transport, port handling, and pre-shipment inspection.

After winning, pay a $300 deposit within 72 hours, then 30% of the vehicle price within 10 days to avoid daily $20 late fees. The final FOB price includes the vehicle price, export handling fee, and platform service fee (covering commission, gate fee, online technology fee, and buyer service fee).

Guazi implements over 300 precise inspection items per vehicle. You can request a third-party inspection within 3 working days of the vehicle arriving at the warehouse, supported by photo/video evidence. Guazi assists with replacement or return for any major undisclosed defects confirmed by a mutually agreed third party.

In Sealed-Bid auctions, the highest bidder wins but pays the second-highest bid amount, with results announced daily. Live auctions are open with real-time bidding and a countdown timer, where the highest bid over the reserve price wins the vehicle immediately. Both use a fixed exchange rate per session.

Guazi assists buyers in filing claims with the carrier for any loss or damage incurred during transit. The party responsible for the damage or loss typically bears the associated storage and handling costs.

A minimum $500 security deposit is required. For each bid exceeding a seller's reserve price, $100 is temporarily blocked. This deposit ensures transaction rule compliance and is automatically refunded upon successful order completion, or used for penalties in case of a breach.
