Guazi implements a rigorous 300-point inspection on every vehicle, a standard upheld by their authority as a major inspection institution in China. For assurance, buyers can request a third-party assessment within 3 working days of the vehicle's arrival at the warehouse if they have evidence of major undisclosed defects, and Guazi will assist in handling any verified discrepancies.

Guazi provides assistance with export documentation from China, including necessary certificates. After the vehicle clears Chinese customs and you have received it at the port, subsequent import duties, taxes, and local registration are the buyer's responsibility. It's recommended to research your country's specific import regulations for electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles like the LiXiang ONE beforehand.

Guazi conducts sealed-bid auctions daily. You place a single bid in USD, converted from RMB at a fixed session rate, without seeing others' bids. You win by having the highest bid that meets or exceeds the seller's reserve price, but you pay the amount of the second-highest bid. Results are announced 30 minutes after the session ends.

Transactions are secured through a mandatory $500 security deposit. Payments are made in stages: a $300 initial payment post-win, followed by the remaining balance.
