Guazi's live auction runs in two stages: 'Bidding Open' and 'Auction Live'. You can bid manually or use fixed increments, all based on a single, locked-in exchange rate for the session. The winner is immediately determined if their bid meets or exceeds the seller's reserve price.

Guazi ships vehicles within 10 days of receiving full payment. Under CIF terms, Guazi arranges freight, and typically, the total delivery time to the destination port is within 35-45 days from purchase completion.

You must submit an inspection request with photo/video evidence within 3 working days of the vehicle's arrival at the warehouse. If a third-party inspection confirms a major undisclosed defect, Guazi will assist you in processing a replacement or return.

For live auctions, full payment must be completed within 3 days of winning. Failure to do so results in a penalty of 10% of the transaction price (minimum USD 500).

FOB prices cover the vehicle price, export handling fee (including domestic transportation and port fees), and a consolidated platform service fee. Additional costs for certifications or battery documentation are excluded.
