After account verification, you participate in daily auctions. If you win, you must pay a $300 reservation fee within 72 hours, followed by a 30% deposit within 10 days. Guazi then handles export documentation and arranges for the vehicle to be shipped from a Chinese port within 10 days of full payment, with delivery typically taking 35-45 days.

Each vehicle, including the JDMC T100, undergoes a thorough 300-point inspection by Guazi to document its condition. This professional inspection report is provided to buyers, which covers major components, paint, and interior, helping to clarify the vehicle's status before purchase and reduce post-arrival disputes.

Guazi offers two auction formats. The Live Auction is open and real-time. The Sealed-bid auction runs daily. In the sealed-bid format, winners pay the price of the second-highest bid. For both formats, final vehicle payments are fixed in USD for price stability.

For any discrepancy with the Guazi inspection report, you must submit a detailed report with photo/video evidence within 3 working days of the vehicle's warehouse arrival. Guazi will help facilitate a third-party assessment. For confirmed major undisclosed issues, Guazi assists with vehicle replacement or return according to its after-sales policy.

The FOB (Free On Board) price quoted for a vehicle on Guazi includes the final vehicle price, the export handling fee (covering administration, domestic transport to port, port handling, and docs), and the Platform Service Fee. It does not cover certifications, translations, or final international shipping costs.

Canceling an order after winning results in a $150 processing fee. This amount will be deducted from your security deposit or any vehicle payments made. Additionally, the $300 initial payment is non-refundable if you cancel, though it is refunded if Guazi cannot export the vehicle.

Guazi ships vehicles within 10 days after receiving full payment and all documents. Under FOB terms, the buyer can choose their own logistics provider for better cost and schedule control. The platform provides a realistic 35-45 day delivery timeframe to most international destinations, based on its extensive export track record.
