Export handling consolidates costs like domestic transport to the port, port handling, and pre-shipment inspection, while platform fees include commission, gate, and technology fees. Specific charges for certifications or document translations are additional.

Guazi ships within 10 days after receiving full payment and all required documents. Under optimal FOB or CIF terms with efficient logistics, vehicles typically reach their destination port within 35-45 days. The platform assists with shipping arrangements and necessary customs documentation for the export process.

Buyers can request an inspection within three working days of the vehicle arriving at the destination warehouse. If a report with photo/video evidence confirms a major undisclosed defect, Guazi facilitates using a mutually agreed third party for confirmation and will assist with vehicle replacement or return according to the after-sales policy.

Guazi performs over 300 detailed inspection points on each vehicle as part of its sourcing process. Every listing is backed by this professional inspection, ensuring the quality and condition are accurately represented before the vehicle is offered for bidding or purchase.

After winning an auction, an initial payment of USD 300 is required within 72 hours. A 30% vehicle deposit must be paid within 10 days, with delays incurring a USD 20 daily late fee. Failure to complete payments or canceling an order can result in penalties, such as a USD 150 processing fee or the deduction of the security deposit.

In Sealed-Bid auctions, you place a bid without seeing others', and the highest bidder pays the second-highest bid amount. Live Auctions are open, real-time bidding where you compete against others, and the highest bid exceeding the reserve price wins immediately. Both auction types use a fixed exchange rate per session and require bids in increments of 100 RMB.
