Guazi implements over 300 refined inspection procedures on every vehicle, providing transparent condition reports with authentic photos to ensure the vehicle matches its online description, eliminating major concerns for international buyers.

After receiving full payment and compliant documents, Guazi arranges shipping within 10 days. Most vehicles reach their destination port within 35-45 days, with Guazi assisting in documentation for a smooth customs process.

Buyers must request an inspection within 3 working days of the vehicle's arrival with photo/video evidence. If a mutually agreed party confirms a major discrepancy, Guazi will assist with vehicle replacement or return.

The FOB price includes the vehicle price, export handling fee (covering administration, domestic transport, and port handling), and a platform service fee (comprising transaction commission, gate fee, technology fee, and buyer service fee).

Guazi operates sealed-bid and live auctions. The process starts with account approval and a $500 security deposit. After winning, you place a $300 initial payment within 72 hours and a 30% deposit within 10 days to secure the order and begin export procedures.

All prices are fixed in USD for protection against exchange rate fluctuations. During auctions, a fixed exchange rate is set at the session start, and bid amounts in RMB are converted to USD and rounded up to the nearest whole dollar.
