Guazi implements over 300 refined inspection procedures for each vehicle as an authoritative used car inspection institution. Every truck features a detailed verified listing with authentic photos and a comprehensive condition report, ensuring buyers receive accurate information on factors like mileage and wear.

Guazi ships within 10 days after receiving full payment and complies with documentation requirements. Under FOB terms, you can designate your own logistics provider, while with CIF, Guazi handles freight forwarding, with most vehicles reaching destination ports within 35-45 days.

You must request an inspection within three working days of the vehicle's arrival at the warehouse, submitting a report with photo and video evidence. A mutually agreed third party will confirm major undisclosed defects, after which Guazi will assist with vehicle replacement or return in accordance with its after-sales policy.

The FOB price covers the vehicle, export handling, and platform service fee. The final platform service fee includes a transaction commission (often 5.66% with a $280-$1600 range), a fixed $79 gate fee, a variable technology fee ($49-$149), and a buyer service fee which is currently free.

Guazi conducts both open and sealed-bid auctions. For live auctions, vehicles are auctioned sequentially with a 40-second timer and you get notifications if outbid. A successful strategy includes understanding the reserve price and preparing your maximum bid budget, including all service fees, which are calculated after winning.

Guazi provides price protection with all vehicle prices fixed in U.S. dollars to avoid currency fluctuation risks and manages transactions through a secure $500 security deposit system. This deposit acts as a guarantee for both parties, with penalties for breaches and release upon successful transaction completion.
