After full payment and document verification, Guazi arranges domestic port delivery within 10 days. Under FOB terms, you appoint your freight forwarder. The typical end-to-end shipping timeframe, including customs clearance, is 35-45 days, as per the platform's established service window.

Guazi subjects every car, including BAIC U5 models, to a rigorous 300-point inspection process. The detailed condition report with supporting photos provides a transparent verification system, which is particularly critical for international B2B buyers to avoid disputes before completing the transaction.

Upon the vehicle's arrival at your local port, you must report any major discrepancies with photo/video evidence within three working days to Guazi's online after-sales team. If a mutually agreed third-party inspection confirms the discrepancy, Guazi will assist with a replacement or a return process for the specific case.

The final cost includes the transaction commission (min. $280, max. $1,600), a $79 Gate Fee, a sliding scale Online Technology Fee ($49-$149 based on final price), and a fixed Export Handling Fee covering domestic transport, port logistics, and pre-shipment tasks. The Buyer Service Fee is currently complimentary.

Sealed-bid auctions have one daily session that ends at 11:00 AM Beijing Time (UTC+8). The highest bidder wins but pays the second-highest bid amount. Bids must be in $100 increments, and the exchange rate is fixed at the session's start. If you are outbid, you will not receive a notification, so strategic bidding is key.

If you fail to make the initial payment within 3 days after a successful Live Auction bid, a penalty of 10% of the transaction price (with a minimum of $500) will be deducted from your security deposit. For Sealed-bid auctions, failing the initial $300 payment within 72 hours incurs a $150 penalty.
