Guazi guarantees all vehicles are as described. Buyers must file a report with photo/video evidence within three working days of the vehicle's arrival at the destination warehouse. A mutually agreed third-party inspection confirms major defects, after which Guazi will assist with a replacement or a return, prioritizing resolution for business clients. It's vital to inspect promptly upon arrival.

Your total FOB price includes the vehicle price, Export Handling Fee, and Platform Service Fee. The Platform Service Fee is a composite of a Transaction Commission (minimum USD 280), a fixed Gate Fee of USD 79, an Online Technology Fee (scales from USD 49 to USD 149 based on final price), and a Buyer Service Fee (currently free). This transparent structure ensures no hidden charges for duties like shipping coordination.

Guazi ships within 10 days after receiving full payment and compliant documents from the buyer. Under FOB terms, you or your forwarder is responsible for the main ocean freight and destination port clearance. We assist with preparation and departure from the Chinese port, with a typical total door-to-port transit time of 35-45 days to most regions.

Guazi conducts Live (open) and Sealed-bid auctions. In Sealed-bid auctions, you pay the second-highest bid if you win. Key rules include: funding your security deposit (minimum USD 500), paying a USD 300 initial fee within 72 hours of winning, and completing the 30% vehicle deposit within 10 days to avoid late fees of USD 20/day or order cancellation with a USD 150 penalty.
