Guazi conducts over 300 detailed inspections on every vehicle, including EVs like the AION RX, to verify battery health, motor performance, and electrical systems at the source. For any post-delivery condition discrepancy, you must report it with photo/video evidence within 3 working days of warehouse arrival; a mutually agreed third-party verification leads to Guazi assisting with a replacement or return.

The final invoice includes the vehicle price, an export handling fee covering all domestic logistics and port fees, and a platform service fee (comprising Transaction Commission, Gate Fee, Technology Fee, and Buyer Service Fee). Under FOB terms, you, the buyer, are responsible for designating the international freight forwarder and paying the shipping costs after the vehicle reaches the designated Chinese port.

Once the vehicle clears Chinese customs under FOB terms, the risk transfers to you as the buyer. Guazi will assist you in filing a claim with your designated carrier for any loss or damage incurred during transit, but storage or handling costs resulting from such incidents are borne by the responsible party.

Guazi prepares the vehicle and documentation for shipping within 10 days of receiving full payment and compliant documents. The subsequent sea freight duration varies, but most vehicles reach major destination ports in regions like the Middle East and Africa within 35-45 days from the initial shipment date.

After winning, a $300 initial payment is due within 72 hours, with a $150 penalty for late payment. The 30% vehicle deposit must be paid within the following 10 days; delays incur a $20/day late fee. If fees accrue for over 7 days without payment, the order cancels and a $150 processing fee is charged, deducted first from your security deposit.

First, register and submit your business license and a storefront/business premises photo for approval. Then, top up a minimum $500 security deposit to your account. Once approved, you gain access to view and bid in both Sealed-bid and Live auctions, with a 90-day free VIP membership to explore all available vehicles.
