1、Guazi will ship within 10 days upon receiving full payment and compliant documents (e.g. buyer's ID,customs clearance papers). Guazi assumes no liability for delays caused by the buyer's late document submission or payment.

2、For necessary shipment delays, Guazi will notify the buyer 3 days in advance. Failure to confirm within 24 hours will be deemed acceptance.

1、FOB: Buyer designates the logistics provider, who handles compliant international transport (sea roll-on/roll-off or land intermodal).

2、CIF: Guazi designates the freight forwarder, responsible for compliant international transport (sea roll-on/roll-off or land intermodal). Normal timeframe: 30-45 days. Guazi will assist with delays from port congestion or destination country policy changes but bears no resulting losses.

1、After arrival at the port, Guazi assists with customs clearance documents; buyer must pick up the vehicle within 7 days.

2、Late pickup incurs warehousing/demurrage fees and port fines. If unclaimed for over 30 days,Guazi may entrust disposal (remaining funds returned after fee deduction).

1、Policy revisions are published by Guazi for 7 days; subsequent transactions imply acceptance of the revised policy.

2、Any dispute shall be resolved through amicable negotiations.Should such negotiations fail,the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Hong Kong in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) then in force.The law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China shall govern this Agreement.

3、Guazi may terminate transactions and pursue liability if the buyer falsifies materials or maliciously requests refunds/modifications.
